At Something Went Wrong, we believe perfection is overrated, but your satisfaction isn't. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the original garments in their packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the items are in unworn condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
